Pioneering projects: have an approved venture with documented impact or approval from UAE authorities.
Income eligibility: delivering projects earning AED 1–2 million annually or sold for AED 7 million.
Support from incubators: have an endorsement from the Ministry of Economy or an incubator for new ventures.

Yes. If you are applying for a UAE Golden Visa as an Entrepreneur, you must have a UAE Residence Visa before applying for the Golden Visa.
It typically takes 15 – 20 business days for those applicants who already have a UAE Residence Visa. If an applicant does not have a UAE Residence Visa already, the full process will take approximately 40 business days.
